In his newest YouTube video, British bodybuilder and CrossFit athlete Obi Vincent put his cardio health and cardio endurance to the check when he took on a VO2 max exercise. The VO2 max provides an indicator of an individual’s health by measuring their power output based mostly on the oxygen consumed and carbon dioxide produced throughout train.
